Disadvantages of a Balanced Lifestyle
Fisrt of all, it's very unhealthy to have an Unbalanced Lifestyle.
The most common affect is Obesity, this appears when you eat a lot of fatty foods and dont do enough exercise.
But, on the other end of the scale to Obesity is Excesive Weight Loss. Excesive Weight Loss is when you become scarily thin because you dont eat enough and/or over exercise.
An Unbalanced Lifestyle can also effect how long you live and if you end up with any health issues. The reason it affects your Lifespan is because if you become Obese or have any Health Problems it puts a lot of pressure on your organs.
